I don't know what fitting I need. Can you still help?

Yes. Bring the hose. That's all we need. We'll identify the fitting, make the hose, and get you back on the road. You don't need to know the spec. That's our job. Not sure if it's worth driving out? Call or text us at (604) 302-9525 and describe what you've got. Or snap a photo of the fitting end and text it to us.

How long does it take to make a hydraulic hose?

Most standard hoses take 30–60 minutes once we have the hose in hand. If we have the fitting in stock (which we usually do), you can often wait for it. Unusual sizes may take longer, but we'll tell you upfront what to expect before you drive out.

How do I know if my hose needs replacing vs. repairing?

If it's blown, it needs replacing. Hydraulic hoses aren't patched. They're remade. Bring it in and we'll assess it. We'll let you know what it'll take before we touch anything.

What brands of hose and fittings do you carry?

We use Pulsar hydraulic hose and stock fittings from Greenline's 5000 series crimp fitting catalog. Large inventory on hand for most standard sizes. If you want to check what's available before you call, the full catalog is at greenlinehose.com. Find the part number, call us, and we'll confirm if it's on the shelf.

Do you work on excavators and logging equipment?

Yes. Heavy equipment, logging, agricultural, gravel pit. If it has a hydraulic hose, we can fix it. The machine doesn't matter. The hose does. Bring it in or call us and we'll figure it out.

Availability & Service

Do you do emergency calls after hours?

Yes. Shop hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, but the phone doesn't go off at 5. Need parts or a hose outside regular hours? Give us a call and we'll open up. Just call ahead so Tyson can have the shop ready. For genuine emergencies, call (604) 302-9525 any time. If we don't answer right away, leave a message or text and we'll get back to you as fast as we can.

Do you come to the job site?

Yes, for emergencies. We have a mobile setup for on-site hydraulic repair in the Fraser Valley. It depends on your location and what the job requires. If your machine is down and can't get to us, call (604) 302-9525 and we'll work something out.

What areas do you serve?

Do you do hydraulic hoses for farm equipment?

Yes — we do hydraulic hoses for farm equipment. Tractors, loaders, scrapers, rakes, tedders, ploughs, power harrows. Bring the hose and we'll identify the fitting and make it while you wait. Mobile service available for field emergencies.

Do you sell oil?

How much does it cost to have a hydraulic hose made?

Parts are priced to Greenline's published catalog, which you can look up at greenlinehose.com before you come in. On top of that, there's a flat $15.25 assembly fee per hose. That's it. No shop fee surprises. Feel free to reach out for a rough estimate before you come.
